First and foremost, I praise the Lord each day for making my life into a full swing. Life must go on whatever, whoever, wherever obstacles or hindrances may come along my way.

Life is life...full of colors!

Time flies and it's the 1st of July already. Yeah! summer started last June 21st and goodness gracious...it's really, really, really hot outside. It's not a complaint but it's the fact.

For sure, I always have my light, white long sleeve in my car just to protect my skin from sun damage aside from my SPF 35 Sunblock.  I love to go somewhere around our area and being a sweet driver is a privilege in doing so with God's traveling mercy and protection.

Back then in my country, I've been to different provinces either with friends, family and relatives. As long as it fits my schedule, I enjoy traveling to other places.

If I remember, when SUPERCAT (Supermeow!) was first introduced in our City Tagbilaran, it was easy for us to travel in Cebu to stroll for a day. The fare was kind of expensive but we had some donors and sponsors....lolz! It's a give and take situation, not just a one way traffic...wink!

Well, what can I say? Those were the younger years and I was free then like a bird. Those cheerful memories really bring smiles in my heart from friends, relatives, brothers, sisters, cousins and parents.

For sure, I always hang out with decent friends. Our purpose is to have some decent fun and be a good example as much as possible.

In our troop, no smoking, no drinking and no gambling...(don't get me wrong but it's the fact and people have different outlook in life...It's up to us what kind of life we're living and no condemnation). We're single then, we went to ballroom dancing (even though we don't know how to dance) or even a disco house. Take note, we don't go to disco houses or ballroom places without a man. Correct me if I'm wrong...it's not a bodyguard but someone you can lean on in case. Of course not a financer...wink!

One time, we went to Kilom-Kilom Restaurant courtesy of our friend working in Telephone Company. There were 6 of us, girls wanna have fun and this friend of ours brought his co-workers too.

How we knew each other? The walkie-talkie was a hit during our time. We didn't have our own but a friend got one and also in each barangays, one walkie-talkie was given.It has to stay in the the barangay captain's place.

Because of that walkie-talkie thingy, lots of people meet and they called it "eyebal!l" "aybol!"

Back to Kilom-Kilom, glad that we had this friend of ours that is very entertaining and knows how to break the silence. I am a bubbly person but oh my golly, that night, I was not comfortable and wanted to go home. Why? I knew someone from the  guys that shocked me and so with him. He was surprised too upon seeing me. He was a married man and he's hanging out with the single guys (not sure if they're all singles) and we just only knew one person from the group supposedly.

I was being told not to tell his wife that he's having a good time in the City. I almost got choked, thinking what other miracle he's doing behind his wife. I just shut my mouth and watched the band playing at the restaurant. "So, you know each other ha!" his friend asked.

We both nodded our head. Supposedly, we will go to Bohol Tropics to continue the night with dancing but all the girls decided to go home.

I was having the guilt of not telling the wife. It's none of my business to interfere and I'm glad that at the end, she found out the kalaki of her husband. I would say, women's instinct is very powerful...wink!



Just reminiscing one of my golden memories in life.

Anyway, today will be another hot day. Just get dehydrated and stay cool! Enjoy the summer season ...

Our stay in Florida was over. It was full of fun and memories specially to our Angelina. To tell you the truth, she don't want to go home yet, "I need to swim in the pool, Mama!"

Too bad, enough is enough and time is gold for the McCartney's.

Someday, we will go back to the resort that we were staying and explore more in the Sunshine State. Dreams come true with God's never ending guidance, protection and provision.

Spending quality time with our loved ones is a very memorable moments. Yes, we are at home as a family but taking a vacation away from home really is unexplainable.

Those bonding moments...priceless!

I've been married once to my one and only husband for almost 11 years and never in my life that I went for a vacation without him. It's just me, I guess! Most of the time, I just never think of myself but for my family and to those who are dear to me.

I almost got tempted during our High School reunion in New Jersey last year but I was contemplating whether to go or not leaving my family behind. I chose not to and my husband was so happy with my decision. He knows that I love him so much despite of who he is and who I am. We are both Saggitarians, what can I say?

It's true when tantrum strikes me, I can be mean to a certain extent but God is in control to save our holy marriage where we promised each other to stay for the rest of our lives as a couple.

I would say, God has a plan and a purpose why we marry that someone. We have to work hand in hand as a couple to make everything at peace.

To you my DEARPIE, I'm always here for you no matter what. Thank you for marrying me and make me more stronger everyday!

We all woke up as early as 7:00 AM. Hubby set up our alarm that early so we can start our adventure that day.

I was dragging to wake up and feeling muscle ache after our long journey at Animal Kingdom, a day before Angelina's birthday.

I took another hot bathed to wake me up and eased my aches especially from my hamstring down to my ankles.

I asked my girl how she's doing and her replied: "I'm doing great and I'm so excited to see and tour the Fairies Castle!"

It's good to be young where you can have all the energy in a marathon adventure...just kidding!

Well, we greeted our girl a happy 4th birthday and she was just a happy camper that she's four and according to her vision, she's BIG now.

Anyhow, our photos will lead the way on the kind of journey we had at the Magic Kingdom.

I apologized for most of the captions on each pictures are goofed up. I mean incorrect spelling (which I always do...lolz!), missing letters and etc.

The case is: I'm typing in a blank space and can't see what I'm doing. I just keep typing and didn't bother to go back of my write-ups. I consider my work as an art...what can I say!

It was part of our plan to visit only two parks that is appropriate for our girl. There are about seven parks you can hop in and stay for as much days as you want but in our case, Hubby has to be home by Friday for his 10:00 AM appointment with his doctor. Our main goal was to celebrate our girl's 4th birthday.

There is always a next though and I promised to myself to be back in the Sunshine State sometimes.

Goodness gracious! The place is huge and very exciting. Just the Animal Kingdom alone, it took us one day to did our very exciting adventure. Yeah! we had a lot of rest too which I called an intermission...lolz! Besides, we're taking our time walking all over the place since Angelina has tiny legs...wink!

Mind you, posing with all the Disney characters in the Animal Kingdom was a wait because of the long line. From seniors to toddlers, we're all excited to have a picture with them. It was really fun just roaming around the Animal Kingdom. There were times, that it was just me and Angelina who strolled around since Hubby has some health restriction in doing so and besides...he's not getting any younger to join the marathon with the younger generations....lolz! I am so thankful to our Almighty God that we made it to Florida despite of my Hubby's health condition. It's good for him and to the whole family.

You might wonder why our beloved parents was out of sight. They're kind of old to be walking all over the place. We did offer them to go with us but they refused so and wanted us to enjoy our vacation just the three of us.

My FIL (Father-in-law) commented that it's good for both parties (us and MaPa) to have a break from each other...lolz! In fairness, in-laws were left behind. My FIL did visit my parents while were gone just to checked on them. I called them too every now and then just to make sure they're okay. Glad that my FIL finally got an understanding heart for my parents. I do believe in God's miracle and there's a reason for everything on earth.

Anywho, it was Tuesday that we had our adventure in the Animal Kingdom. They closed the park at 5:00 PM and we're not aware of the said closing time. Whew! glad that we're there early or else we can't have a great tour at the park.

For sure, our feet we're all tired. Imagine that? It was just our 1st day and we're complaining already.

We went back to the resort where were staying. Since our room was closed to the pool area, our girl can see the commotion in the pool. Without much ado, she was begging to have a dip in the pool. Both Hubby and I was tired and don't want to get in the water. We saw this couple who just watched their child in the pool and we did the same to our Angelina.

Overall,we did enjoy our day despite of tiredness. My oh my! we had a great snoozed.

Wish we could woke up early so we can cover all our agenda that day but we're just taking our time, no rushed, no stressed and just mainly a trip or vacation for a family of three personas.

It was past 10:00 AM when we're all ready from taking our shower, drinking our morning coffee and changing our clothes. Hmm... I didn't iron all our clothes in the luggage because the studio provided us with an iron board and the plantsa (iron). We've been told so by our dear sponsor...wink! At least I saved the electricity in our home.

Too bad we can't stay for another week since my Hubby has a very important appointment back in Denver. Our main goal and target was to celebrate Angelina's 4th birthday in Disneyworld.

Hubby was asking me a favor if I can refrain from talking with friends on my cellphone and even visiting friends in Florida. At first, abi nako ug nahugno akong kalibutan but looking the reality in life, we are on our family vacation and it's our day without any interruption. I did check my voicemails though and just listened to all the messages. Those messages and party invitations can wait...wink!

In fact, the only person I called before heading to Florida was my neighbor in Pinas who's residing in Florida. We've been talking each other for quiet sometimes that whoever visited the state where were living will have a come back reunion. I respect my Hubby's idea of "no visiting friends" while on vacation. It was kind of hard but my friend and I undestand my Hubby. She knows him the day one Rich visited the Philippines. She was even a part of our wedding entourage back in 1998.

Anyway, I did like my Hubby's idea. We need our own family bonding time. We have to enjoy as much as we can as a family.

As typical people living in North America, we are one of those that likes to travel once or twice a year as a family.

There are some circumstances that we can't go anywhere for some apparently valid reason but I'm glad that we made it this year.

Basically, we don't want to go somewhere where it doesn't create a momentus in our life. We want our trip to be memorable and has a purpose in doing so and we all know that we need a break from work and be away from home sweet home.

For us, the McCartney, we made our plan possible to celebrate our Angelina's 4th birthday at Disneyworld in Florida. Thanks be to God for making our trip a success!

To be honest, it was our Angelina's 1st airplane ride. Was she having fun? Of course she did! Kids like fun, fun and fun! She was kind of noisy asking all the questions of this and that. I was glad that Hubby had all the answers to her inquisite (?).

So, in order for me not to elaborate any further with all the details during our flight, I attached few pictures from the beginning to end of our plane ride. It's our day one to arrive in the "Sunshine State, Florida".

What a blessing! It's not an extraordinary amount but as usual it's the thought that counts.

I was not expecting at all since I'm just a "fill in" group leader and I looked at my first pay checked, I'm about 3 months going on probation...wink!

Rain gently pouring and I gave God the glory for giving me more extra blessings.

I called Hubby at home and with all my joy and happiness spread the good news to him. He was surprised too and asked what will I do with my Bonus.

Simply, I said, "I will save it for our future."  Char! He knows my goal in life...to be the Ambassador of goodwill! (I'm just kidding ha!) But if it is really meant to be, I accept the challenge under the guidance of our Almighty.

Recently, I only work on Fridays at the school and I told our Director to just make a payroll for me monthly instead of weekly since our payday is every week. She totally agreed with me, less work for her and can save some paper checks.

Since we all got our Bonus, we decided to celebrate and ate at Tres Jalapenos last night. Susan was our designated driver and she's for sure a very careful driver, always on the lookout.

I felt bad because my Ma's cooking some dinner for us but Hubby said I need time to be with friends and co-workers. I asked my Hubby if I can talk to Pa to let them know that they don't have to wait for me. My Pa is an easy person and never ever that he was being mean to me or to the whole family.

To be honest, it's my Ma who got an attitude called "luoran" and everyone in our family is aware of her dramatic entourage...wink! She's my Ma no matter what. I love her to death with all my heart and souls. Mother and daughter moments have all the mix emotions in life.

I can stay late at night for the time being since it's my vacation...yoho!
