Oh man, I just love the Colorado weather...to die for it!
You will never know when the weather would change not until you have to pay attention and check with the weather forecast.
Can you imagine? We were on the 60's all day Saturday and all of a sudden, flakes of snow just kept pouring by night.
People, we have to appreciate how God created all these four seasons on earth. We're lucky enough that we live in beautiful and colorful Denver, Colorado to enjoy the changes of the season.I do understand the murmurs and the complaining portion every now and then but in reality we're thankful of the cold weather we have and had to experience in our area. We are so blessed, indeed!
Anyhow, woke up Sunday morning, pecked on our window and somehow we had 4-5 feet of snow in our neighborhood. Didn't hear or see someone plowing the street yet. Looked at our driveway (hey, I'm not complaining
), just glued my eyes to the white stuff on the ground and ready to start the day with the shoveling motion in action.
My prince can't lift over 10 lbs and bend just like anyone else. He's having some health issues and his doctor put him on restriction.
As a wife, I have to take over some of the household chores. Take it or leave it, life must move on!
Well, I put on my gears and shoveled all the snow with all my mights and strength in our driveway. It was so nice of our neighbor that he helped me shoveled the snow in our sidewalk. I was impressed! Tell yah, it was freezing cold but I can feel my back sweating. Once in a while, I had to rest in our garage, need to warm myself with our tiny heater. What an ordeal!
Later in the afternoon, my friends and I drove all the way South of Denver for a party to attend, I guess.

I was so scared watching the road as we traveled along the way. I do really appreciate my friends braveness driving in a cold snowy, slippery and slushy weather. Our little girl, Angelina was asking why we're slowly moving. Questioned answered with all the facts and figures...lolz!
Everyone was slowing down for safety reason.
Need to cut my story, don't have time to my rambling here since its almost time for me to go home.
To God be the glory, we made it safe coming and going home. We arrived back in our abode by 10:30 PM. Funny thing about last night, we still managed to go shopping at Kohl's. They were extending their business hours until 12 midnight until Christmas.
Despite of the weather condition, we still had the fun of traveling. Thank you, Jesus for the traveling Mercy
Have a great week, ALL!!!!!
